The Harsh Truth

It’s all about perspective. Mine is different than most people’s. If you are looking for a different perspective, feel free to ask me a question and I’ll serve you up a dish of the harsh truth.

Q: What is the meaning of life?
A: To live. To experience all things life has to offer. Carnal pleasures, sorrow, love, hate, happiness, tears, laughter. Experience it all. Live in the moment and regret nothing, because everything that you experience and learn from has made you who you are today.

Q: The best approach to regret?

I try my damnedest not to have regrets. Regrets are things you would go back and change, but everything you’ve done in your life has lead you to who you are today. If you did anything differently, you wouldn’t be who you are now.

Laugh at them. Or fuck them. Regrets suck. Change your perception of them. Think of them as awkward siblings who say ‘fuck’ in front of your devout Catholic grandmother at a family function. It’s a great story to tell… after it’s happened.
